A church preserved

More than a century in Liverpool

1901

The building opens

The present building opened as Stanley Park Mission, a Welsh Baptist place of worship and a vibrant hub in the community.

1919

The congregation begins

T. B. Wilmot formed Liverpool Undenominational Church. The congregation first met in a cinema building on Oakfield Road, Anfield.

1930s

A home on Walton Lane

After an earlier building was compulsorily purchased by the council, the congregation moved to the present building during the 1930s.

2023 onwards

Confessional Reformed Baptist

The church subscribes to the Second London Baptist Confession of Faith (1689) and is a founding member of the Association of Confessional Baptist Churches (ACBC) UK.
